Stephen Scaccia is a Vancouver-based R&B, Soul, Jazz, and Pop vocalist whose voice has carried both intimate first dances and 18,000-seat arena anthems.
Trained in the catalog of Sinatra and Bublé with R&B as his heart, Stephen has spent twelve years performing across Western Canada. He is the contracted national anthem vocalist for the Vancouver Canucks, BC Lions, Whitecaps, and Vancouver Canadians, and has shared stages with Michael Bublé. In 2015, he received the Best of Burnaby Favourite Local Musician award.
Beyond the stage, his YouTube channel has built a public audience of more than 200,000 subscribers and 36 million views, known for soulful interpretations of R&B and pop classics alongside polished jazz standards. He continues his vocal training in the Speech Level Singing tradition, and most recently completed a co-billed concert run with Krystle Dos Santos at the Firehall Arts Centre.
His original recording catalog includes 2019 singles "Bitter" and "Disease," with new compositions currently in development for an 11-month creative project titled "After Disease."
A proud queer artist working within R&B and soul traditions, Stephen brings the same craft, presence, and preparation whether the room is a quiet ceremony or a packed Pride festival. He has been a featured artist at Pride events across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley since 2018, with confirmed 2026 bookings at Surrey Pride, Pitt Meadows Pride, and the Vancouver Canucks' annual Pride Night.
For weddings, corporate events, galas, private functions, and signature moments, Stephen scales his ensemble from a polished solo set with high-quality backing tracks, to an acoustic duo or trio, to a full live band up to seven pieces. Every set is tailored to the room, the audience, and the moment.
